CANCELLATION POLICY
At Simply Polished, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a one-person studio, last minute cancellations and no shows significantly impact my business. To ensure I can continue providing the best service to all my clients, the following policies apply: •24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. •Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a 50% service fee. •Same Day/No Shows: Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee •Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply. •New Clients: A card on file is required at the time of booking and will be charged in accordance with this policy. I understand that emergencies can happen. Please communicate as soon as possible if something comes up. Policies are enforced to be fair to all clients and to protect my time.
